Easter Greetings!
Holy Week Messages
Easter Greetings to all of you! It has been a couple of weeks since I have been able to share here and I am sorry! I have been overwhelmed by the support and the following on here—it’s humbling. So, please forgive me for my absence. In the last couple of months we have had some real challenges requiring my devoted attention, we hosted a conference for the Global Methodist Church, and of course Holy Week! I will be back to writing weekly next week.
For now, I wanted to share with you two messages from last week. The first is a sermon from Maundy Thursday preached by our StudentLIFE Director, Scott Stephenson. Scott is a gifted young preacher and my church is blessed to have him on the team. Scott’s message was so powerful and one of the best messages I have heard on Wesleyan Sacramental Theology and Holy Communion.
The second message is my Easter sermon. We had an amazing Easter celebration and God really moved powerfully. There has been testimony of many responding in faith, recommitment, or special healing over the week. We are Easter people and that truth should continue to live within us!
